ViVekam.co.in has entered into a contractual arrangement with HDFC for the payment gateway. We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
Membership and usage:
ViVekam.co.in provides memberships for Paid users. The features available to different types of users are available in the membership form. On duly filling up the online registration form by the User, ViVekam will establish an account for the User and an E-mail will be sent to the user as per the details provided in the form. Any suspicious account will not be activated till final acceptance by ViVekam irrespective of payment. ViVekam financial services reserves right to deactivate / suspend / restrict / terminate any account in the in the general interest without any prior notice without giving any reason thereof or also on grounds of non-payment, unauthorized use, incorrect incomplete or untrue disclosure of information, objectionable displays or behaviour without any claim for refund. ViVekam.co.in reserves the right to change features/functionalities at any point without prior intimation to users.
